Aurexis BioLabs ships laboratory research materials to approved customers within the United States where legally permitted.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency orders will not enter processing until blockchain confirmation has been successfully verified.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times are generally between 3–10 business days depending on carrier operations, holidays, weather conditions, and destination location.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

FREE SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders over $200 USD before taxes and discounts.

ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Aurexis BioLabs is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect customer information.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Aurexis BioLabs is no longer responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, theft, weather interruptions, customs issues, or delivery exceptions.

Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues once tracking information has been provided.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Aurexis BioLabs reserves the right to refuse shipment to any state, region, or jurisdiction where products may be restricted or prohibited.

Orders may also be canceled at our sole discretion for risk review, verification concerns, suspected misuse, or compliance issues.
