RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All products sold by Aurexis BioLabs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or application.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Aurexis BioLabs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

Customers are responsible for:
- Verifying all product selections before completing checkout
- Providing accurate shipping and billing information
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding purchase and possession

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact support@aurexisbiolabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of packaging/products
- Description of the issue

Approved issues may qualify for replacement at Aurexis BioLabs’ sole discretion.

Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

Aurexis BioLabs reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit sales at any time without prior notice.
